
JCC Cinema 97: Castle in the Sky
March was a fun and fruitful month, with JCC participating in a string of events across the island, on top of our own numerous events. There was surely something for everyone to enjoy!

Sado no Nishime
"Sado no Nishime" is a local dish eaten on Sado City in Niigata Prefecture, where broth is made from grilled flying fish and ingredients such as vegetables, kombu(=kelp), and grilled tofu are slowly simmered over a long period of time. Interview With Yanagihara Naoyuki
Dr Yanagihara Naoyuki is the Executive Chef of Yanagihara Cooking School of Traditional Japanese Cuisine, located in Akasaka, Tokyo. Golden Week
