Appointment Booking System Usage Guide
 
(1)Please select the type of application
 
 
(2)Please select the desired date and time of your visit
 
 
(3)When the reservation is completed, an appointment confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address
 
 
(4)Please come to the relevant application counter to submit the required documents at the designated date and time

For users of the Appointment Booking System

[Notice]
※An appointment is required to visit the Embassy. You will not be allowed to enter the Embassy without an appointment made in advance. Please be prepared to show your appointment confirmation email to the security staffs when you enter the Embassy.
※The Embassy does not accept appointment reservations by phone or email, with the exception of certain eligible applicants. Please make your appointment changes or cancellations on the appointment booking system.
※Please only make a booking for ONE appointment slot even if you are submitting multiple visa applications, and fill in the number of applicants accordingly. As it is just for our reference, you are not required to update us if there are any changes to the actual number of applicants.
※If appointment slots are fully booked for the day, please understand that it will not be possible to make an appointment at your desired date and time.
※If you are unable to select your desired appointment date, you may register for the waitlist if you wish to receive email notifications for cancellation slots. However, the released slot is not guaranteed until you manually navigate back to the booking calendar to make the appointment. Please understand that cancellation slots are only available on a first come first served basis as the notification email is sent to everyone registered on the waitlist. As the Embassy is experiencing a high volume of emails, please refrain from making enquiries regarding the waitlist via email.
※The Embassy does not accept early issuance requests under any circumstances except for humanitarian reasons.
※Application requirements and documents required can be found on the Embassy's website. Please make sure to check and prepare all the required documents in advance before coming for your appointment.
※If you do not meet the application requirements or in the event of insufficient documents, your application will not be accepted. In that case, you will have to make another appointment to visit the Embassy again.
Parking is not available.
※Voting Registration for Overseas Electors can be accepted without prior appointment(8:30am to 12:00pm and 1:30pm to 4:00pm). Please inform the security staff that you are entering the Embassy premises for the purpose of voting registration.
