Appointment Booking System Usage Guide
(1)Please select the type of application
(2)Please select the desired date and time of your visit
(3)When the reservation is completed, an appointment confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address
(4)Please come to the relevant application counter to submit the required documents at the designated date and time

For users of the Appointment Booking System

※Appointments must be made under the name of the visa applicant. (Visa applicant who made the appointment booking must be present during application submission.)
※Only ONE person is allowed to enter the Embassy per appointment slot (with the exception of those who need help or are accompanied by young children). One representative can submit up to a maximum of 5 applications.
※Please be prepared to show your appointment confirmation email and the passport of the applicant to the security staff when entering the Embassy. (Proxies/visa agents will be required to show their ID along with applicants' passports.)
※Please refrain from making unnecessary multiple appointment bookings. If multiple bookings are discovered, your appointment may be cancelled without warning. Your e-mail/account may be blocked from making future appointments on our system if misuse is discovered.
※Please only make an appointment if your planned travel date is within 3 months.

※The Embassy does not accept appointment reservations by phone or email, with the exception of certain eligible applicants. Please make changes to your appointment on the booking system via the link provided in the confirmation email.
※Please only book ONE appointment slot even if you are submitting multiple visa applications, and fill in the number of applicants accordingly. You are not required to update us if there are any changes to the actual number of applicants.
※The Embassy does not accept early issuance requests under any circumstances except for humanitarian reasons.
※Application requirements and documents required can be found on our website. Please make sure to check and prepare all the required documents in advance before coming for your appointment.
※If you do not meet the application requirements or in the event of insufficient documents, your application will not be accepted. In that case, you will have to make another appointment to visit the Embassy again.

If the booking page shows 'No events to display', it means that all slots have been fully booked.
※Please take note that if your appointment is reserved under a category different from your travel purpose, we will not accept your visa application.
