Pastel Shine Art Workshops

A total of nine workshops were held over the course of the exhibition “Pastel Shine Art Exhibition ~ Tapestry of Japan and Singapore Friendship ~” from 12 – 16 September 2023. JCC Cinema 90: YOUR NAME.

Our JCC Cinema 90: YOUR NAME was held on Sunday, 17 September 2023 at Our Tampines Hub’s Festive Arts Theatre with nearly 300 audiences! This was the second time that JCC screened this all-time favourite anime by Makoto Shinkai at the Hub due to popular demand. Conferment Ceremony of the Ambassador’s Commendation Award on Japanese Docent Group

Japanese Docent Group was conferred with the Ambassador’s Commendation Award by Ambassador of Japan to Singapore H.E. Hiroshi Ishikawa on 25 September 2023. Nagasaki Kunchi

Nagasaki Kunchi is a festival that's held from October 7 to 9 at Suwa Shrine in the city of Nagasaki, the capital of the prefecture of the same name. Nagasaki is located in northwestern Kyushu and is the westernmost prefecture on the main islands of Japan. The festival has a history that goes back some 380 years, and it's been designated an Important Intangible Folk Cultural Property by the Japanese government.
