JET Programme Briefing 2025

The JET Programme Briefing Session and the JET Programme Briefing Session was held in-person at JCC and online on 15 October and 18 October 2025 respectively. Jointly organised by JETAA Singapore, J.CLAIR Singapore, and Embassy of Japan in Singapore, participants were able to learn more about the Japan Exchange & Teaching (JET) Programme and the experiences of those who have been on this programme.
Representatives from the Embassy and J.CLAIR gave an overview of the JET programme and the application process. Following which, ex-JET participants shared their personal experiences while working as ALT (Assistant Language Teacher) or CIR (Coordinator for International Relations) in Japan. The audience also had the opportunity to interact with the presenters and ex-JET participants to clarify any questions they might have about the JET programme.
