Opening Ceremony of Capturing Water Conservation Through the Lens ~ A Photography Exhibition on Water Conservation in Singapore ~

On 14 June 2019, H.E. Ambassador Jun Yamazaki together with the Guest-of-Honour, Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, H.E. Mr Masagos Zulkifli opened the photography exhibition titled, ‘Capturing Water Conservation Through the Lens’ organised jointly by Japan Creative Centre (JCC), SSEAYP International Singapore (SIS) and Singapore National Water Agency (PUB) at Royal Plaza on Scotts.

Singapore Government and Non-Government Organisations (NGOs) who are committed to water conservation.

The exhibition is open till 31 August 2019.

SSEAYP stands for “Ship for South East Asian and Japanese Youth Programme”. It is an annual programme sponsored by the Japanese Government and supported by the member countries of ASEAN, which started in 1974. It aims to foster friendship and deeper understanding among youths from Japan and ASEAN. The ship, Nippon Maru, will call port in Singapore in the fall. We look forward to receiving the youths on board.
