The opening reception of Toyama Art and Glass Exhibition in Singapore ~ The Spirit of TOYAMA Glass ~ was held at JCC on Friday, 10 January 2020. JCC Deputy Director Ms. Saina Nemoto, together with T.A.G. Gallery Director Mr. Koshi Kugo, Artist Representative Ms. Mai Miyake and Senior Advisor to the Mayor of Toyama Dr. Joseph Runzo-Inada, spoke at the reception to celebrate the occasion. Besides the artworks, many of the guests also had the opportunity to taste delicious sake from Toyama City. |
| Held in collaboration with T.A.G. Gallery, this is the second edition of the exhibition showcasing around 50 unique glassware creations of 12 artists who are connect to Toyama City, a place well-known for its glass art in Japan. The artists are also displaying their other artworks concurrently at Mizuma Gallery Singapore, as well as at Shangri-La Hotel in collaboration with CITIZEN WATCH CO. |  During the reception |
