The Inaugural Party of the JETAA, Singapore |

The Inaugural Party of the JETAA (Japan Exchange and Teaching Programme Alumni Association) Singapore which consists of former JET Programme participants was held at the Ambassador’s residence on 26th May (Tue.). After the speech by Mr Wong Teck Zhung (interim President), the party progressed as followed: Introduction of the interim Board members and schedule of activities in fiscal 2009, toast by Ambassador Yamanaka, then three congratulatory messages from Japanese Foreign Minister Mr Hirofumi Nakasone, Singaporean Foreign Minister Mr George Yeo and Chair of the JETAA International Mr Michael J Adams were read to the guests.
