MUJI Sensitive Skincare Talk Event & Workshop

Japan Creative Centre (JCC), Embassy of Japan in Singapore, and MUJI Singapore will be conducting a special Talk Event & Workshop on Sensitive Skincare for a second time. Besides learning the proper ways to care for sensitive skin and useful skincare tips, you will also be able to participate in the workshop which demonstrates how to use MUJI Sensitive Skincare series, appropriate skincare steps, as well as methods on how to utilise MUJI skincare tools.

Ms Hiroko Miyao from Ryohin Keikaku Co., Ltd, who is the developer of MUJI Skincare line, Ms Amelia Tan from NYLON Singapore, a local publication which focuses especially on beauty, and Ms Yvette Chiang from Singapore Spa Institute (SSI), who actively advocates wellness living, will all be present to share their insights and enlighten us.


About the Speakers

Ms Hiroko Miyao is the Manager of the Health & Beauty Department at Ryohin Keikaku Co., Ltd.. She joined the company in 1999, and is regularly involved in the development of MUJI’s Skincare and Fragrance line, as well as the development of MUJI to GO travel products for the past 10 years.

In recent years, she travels to various countries to share her knowledge and experiences on achieving great skin using MUJI natural and botanical skincare series.

Ms Amelia Tan is the Associate Editor of NYLON Singapore, a publication that offers daily news and features for the young, modern generation - across the areas of fashion, lifestyle, and especially beauty. She has been part of its editorial team since 2013.

She has written articles, as well as worked on digital and video content, for both the print and online editions, whether it's a beauty tutorial, makeup trend round-up, product review, or an in-depth feature on skincare ingredients.

Ms Yvette Chiang is the Principal of Singapore Spa Institute (SSI). Instilled with a strong interest and enthusiasm for beauty and wellness, she began her wellness profession in 1989 at distinguished spas and hotels such as Four Seasons Hotel Singapore.

Over the years, she has gained rising local and regional recognition for her works, attaining several illustrious awards and represents the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (ASME) Singapore to speak and conduct seminars in Asia and United Arab Emirates. Locally, she continues to advocate wellness living through corporate health courses and seminars for both private and public sectors.
