Indulge your senses with Yuzu treats, crafted from the freshest Yuzu, the zestful fruit for which Kochi is renowned as Japan's top producer. Savour the rich flavors of Kochi's sake, brewed with the finest local rice and purest water, renowned for its smooth, complex taste.
But that's not all - immerse yourself in the spirited world of Yosakoi dance, an exhilarating art form that originated in Kochi and has captured hearts across Japan. ABOUT SINGAPORE YOSAKOI SEIRAN MATOI |
Singapore Yosakoi Seiran Matoi is a Singapore-based semi-professional dance group specialising in Yosakoi, a dynamic yet traditional dance that originated in Kochi Prefecture. Founded over a decade ago, this team - comprising both local Singaporeans and Japanese members - has been appointed as Yosakoi Ambassador by Kochi Prefecture.
Their performances are a dazzling showcase of tradition and innovation, featuring the unique Naruko clappers that produce a rhythmic snap. Yosakoi Seiran Matoi invites you to experience the thrill of this dance form and discover the cultural treasures of Kochi through their energetic and engaging performances. |
