To celebrate the launch of Kikkoman’s new shoyu-based hotpot series - Yosenabe and Sukiyaki soup bases in Singapore with Hatsune Miku, JCC (Japan Creative Centre) and Kikkoman Trading Asia Pte Ltd will co-organise a webinar event in collaboration with Alchemist Pte Ltd.

This hour-long Facebook Live event will introduce the history of Japanese shoyu (soy sauce), its health benefits, and how it became one of the most prominent ingredients in Japanese cuisine. Kikkoman will also be featuring their new Yosenabe and Sukiyaki Soup bases, as well as a short cooking demonstration on how we can use and incorporate these soup bases into local Singaporean dishes. There will also be a special giveaway to lucky viewers, so do make sure to join us!

About the Speaker

Mr. Kensuke Ukai graduated from University of California San Diego, Faculty of Economics and joined Kikkoman Corporation in Japan in 2016. He is currently the Marketing Manager of Kikkoman Trading Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore. He oversees the promotion of Kikkoman's products and Japanese shoyu culture in Southeast Asia.
