While you may have tasted Japanese sake before, have you ever wondered about the various types as well as the difference in tastes? Join us at Japan Creative Centre (JCC) as Ms Machiko Yamauchi introduces more about two types of Japanese sake: junmai and ginjo. This seminar is suitable for people who are new to Japanese sake. You will also be able to sample these Japanese sake, and hopefully discover which one is your favourite type. |

Ms Machiko Yamauchi is a representative of vis-à-vis Kobe, as well as the secretary general of Japan Gastronomy Club. She has earned Sake Diploma, recognised by the Japan Sommelier Association.
