Japan Creative Centre (JCC) and Innoplan Singapore Pte Ltd jointly present Drawing Japan and Singapore with Lines Alone, an exhibition by ballpoint artist Kaoru Hashimoto that attempts to bring together Japan's "tranquility, negative space, and spirituality" with Singapore's "multiculturalism, near-future sensibility, and tropical character" within a single visual space. Featuring works ranging from ukiyo-e-inspired expressions to detailed paintings, it depicts a world where "stillness and movement," "past and future" intersect. It offers a unique visual experience born from the fusion of the two nations' cultures.

This event is part of the official celebrations marking the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Singapore and Japan (SJ60).
