Japan Creative Centre (JCC), Embassy of Japan in Singapore together with Albirex Niigata FC(S), are proud to present an exciting and educational talk by the Head Coach and a key player of Albirex Niigata FC(S). Mr Kazuaki Yoshinaga, Head Coach of Albirex Niigata FC(S), will be speaking about nurturing young talents and team spirit. Mr Tadanari Lee, key player of Albirex Niigata FC(S), will be sharing about developing a career in soccer. This event will be held both physically in JCC, as well as online at JCC Facebook Live. |
About the Speakers |
Mr Kazuaki Yoshinaga holds a Japan Football Association (JFA) S-class coaching licence. He has coached for J-League teams including Albirex Niigata (Japan), Avispa Fukuoka, Shimizu S-Pulse, Sagan Tosu and Ventforet Kofu. He has a wealth of experience in coaching young talents and has produced many J-League players. Under his guidance, the high school affiliated with Yamanashi Gakuin University won the National Championship.

Mr Tadanari Lee has played for FC Tokyo, Kashiwa Reysol, Sanfrecce Hiroshima, Southampton Football Club, Urawa Reds, Yokohama F. Marinos and Kyoto Sanga. He represented Japan at the 2008 Summer Olympics, and has made a total of 11 appearances for the Japanese National Team. He is especially known for his goal in the 2011 Asian Cup, which secured Japan's fourth Asian Cup victory.

A satellite team of Albirex Niigata that plays in the J1 League, Albirex Niigata FC(S) is a professional soccer team that started playing in the Singapore Premier League in 2004. Proving to be one of the strongest teams in Singapore, Albirex Niigata FC(S) recently won their 5th Singapore Premier League title. Besides nurturing young Japanese players, the team also focuses on training Singaporean players. On top of managing a professional soccer team, Albirex Niigata FC(S) also runs a soccer school and cheer dance school, engages in overseas exchanges, business training and even runs a soccer school in Myanmar. |
