“The Traditional Taste of Japanese Castella – FB Live webinar event and cooking demonstration” was held successfully last Friday, 20 August 2021 with more than 400 views at the end of the live session!
The hour-long webinar started with an introduction of Nagasaki and Kyushu area by JNTO, the city where Castella first came to Japan, followed by JCC further explaining the history, characteristics, and different kinds of Castella – including a short video featuring Fukusaya Castella.
Alchemist Pte Ltd (Spoonful) also demonstrated how one can make Castella at home, as well as from Isetan Singapore on where to get Japanese Castella here in Singapore.
