The Opening Ceremony of Woven Memory of Culture ~ Portraits of Artisans and Traditional Craft Objects From Japan and Singapore ~ was held at JCC on 29 September.

Three of the Japanese artisans featured in the exhibition – Nishijin-ori weaver Mr Sasaki Hideto, Tortoise shell craftsman Mr Isogai Tsuyoshi and Bizen ceramic artist Mr Kimura Totosai – joined online from Japan.
