"The Secrets of Japanese Shoyu - FB Live webinar event and cooking demonstration" was held successfully on Wednesday, 22 September 2021 with more than 300 views at the end of the live session!
The hour-long webinar started with an introduction by Kikkoman regarding the history of Japanese shoyu (soy sauce), the seasoning effects of it, and the different varieties of shoyu. This also included a special video showing a tour of a Kikkoman factory.
Alchemist Pte Ltd (Spoonful) also demonstrated how one can use and incorporate the newly-launched Yosenabe and Sukiyaki Soup bases into two dishes: ajitama (seasoned eggs) and fried seafood noodles. We hope that everyone can try out Kikkoman's new shoyu-based hotpot series in their own cooking!
