The Opening Ceremony of “Shaped by Nature: A Porcelain Dialogue Between Two Female Artists” was held at JCC on 14 May 2026. The exhibition features artworks by two female artists from Japan and Singapore, Ms Maeda Asami and Ms Teo Huey Min. JCC Director Ms Kawabe Akiko and Artifactt Director Ms Annie Li welcomed the guests with their respective speeches. The two artists also gave their opening remarks. It was highlighted how this exhibition celebrates the friendship and cultural exchange between Japan and Singapore, given that this year commemorates SJ60.
Guests had the opportunity to appreciate the exhibition at their own pace. The exhibition was held at JCC from 14 to 20 May.
