Seafood Seminar & Tasting 2023, the third and final workshop series of I Love Sushi was held on the 11 May 2023. The speaker Mr. Sakthibalan Balathandautham, who has experience in the food importing industry, shared a wide range of information such as the quality of taste and safety aspects of Japanese seafood products. The event also featured Master Chef, Mr. Koji Koike of Sushi Koike whose presence had many of the guests excited as he demonstrated his skills and techniques in making sushi. He used fresh imported salmon from Aomori, scallops from Hokkaido, flounder and yellowtail (buri) from Oita and seaweed from Tokushima. Guests also had the opportunity to ask many questions to both Mr. Saki and Chef Koike while tasting the famous Edomaezushi.
