Taste, Test and Try Sushi Robots, an exciting final event of “I Love Sushi” exhibition series was held on 13 May 2023 at JCC (Japan Creative Centre). We had a full house of participants who came to the event with great anticipation and excitement in 3 different sessions. This was an absolute delight for sushi lovers as many witnessed the artistry of cutting-edge Sushi-Making Robots, which are used in many sushi restaurants in both Japan and Singapore. Participants in all 3 sessions were able to see the 3 robots roll, cut, and plate sushi with astounding precision and efficiency.

The guests not only saw how these robots work, but they were also able to indulge their taste buds in a wide range of sushi using fresh ingredients such as Salmon from Aomori, Scallops (Hotate) from Hokkaido, Red Sea Bream (Madai) from Kumamoto, Amberjack (Kanpachi) from Kagoshima, Yellowtail (Buri) and Sole (Hirame) from Oita.
