Based on true story, the film Waterboys is a blockbuster comedy in Japan that tells about how members of the swimming team at Kawagoe High School were inspired by the popular Olympic synchronized swimming exhibitions on television, where they later choreographed and successfully performed their own synchronized swimming event.
The screening also saw many of the audiences queuing up for the ice-cream and French Fries which were fried fresh on the spot, provided with the courtesy of Tampines West Community Club. With a movie full of joy and laugher, as well as the delicious snacks, it was an enjoyable and marvellous night for all of us! Remember to check out our next JCC Cinema screening too! |
