Japanese Wine Seminar

Japan Creative Centre (JCC) was delighted to invite Ms Aya Mizukami, a freelance writer who currently writes wine-related articles for Nikkei’s information site “NIKKI STYLE” as well as for wine-specialty magazines, to share her great knowledge of Japanese wine during a seminar on 27 November 2018. Guests were able to learn more about the development of wine production and consumption in Japan, and the distinctive features of Japanese wine. During the mingling session, everyone had the chance to sample wine made from Japanese grapes and specialist wine varieties, together with light refreshments. The seminar was supported by KIRIN and KIKKOMAN.
