WHAT DOCUMENTS SHOULD I SUBMIT DURING VISA APPLICATION?


Documentation requirements may vary according to nationality and purpose of visit. The requirements listed on this website only serve as a basic guideline.
The Embassy reserves the rights to request for additional documents whenever it deems necessary.

  1. Requirements for nationals of the People's Republic of China (PRC) who hold the Singapore Student Pass (STP), or the Long-term Visit Pass with a validity of LESS THAN ONE YEAR:
    - Temporary Visit for Business / Conference / Training
    - Temporary Visit for Vacation / Visits to Relatives & Friends

    For other nationalities and PRC nationals who are Permanent Resident (PR) or holders of the Long-term Visit Pass with a validity of MORE THAN ONE YEAR, please select from the list below what best describes your intention to find out the documents to be submitted for visa application.

  2. Temporary Visit for Sight-seeing and/or Business Up To 90 Days (Single-entry)
  3. Temporary Visit for Sight-seeing and/or Business Up To 90 Days per entry (Double-entry)
  4. Temporary Visit for Business (Multiple-entries)
  5. Transiting in Japan (e.g. Entering Japan for sightseeing and rest while enroute to Los Angeles)
  6. Domestic Helper Accompanying Employer for Temporary Visit Up To 90 Days
  7. Domestic Helper Accompanying Employer for Long-Term Stay Beyond 90 Days
  8. Long-Term Stay Beyond 90 Days (including working, training, college study, language study, etc)
  9. Long-Term Stay Beyond 90 Days as a Spouse/Child of a Japanese National
  10. Visa Application with a Certificate of Eligibility
  11. Other visa-related services :

  12. Transfer of Visa from Old to New Passport
