The Embassy of Japan and Hosekai are organizing a Lecture and Demonstration of Tea Ceremony and Tea Ceremony Gathering by OMOTESENKE School on 18th (Sat) and 19th (Sun) July. This event is open to the public and details are as follows:

Profile of Ms Yoshiko Takeuchi (Lecturer):
Born in 1939, Ms Yoshiko Takeuchi is a professor of the OMOTESENKE school with 57 years of Sado experience. Master Takeuchi has dedicated special ceremonies for Iemoto (Grand Tea Master) in Heian Jingu, Kitano Tenmangu, Kasuga Taisha. She has also appeared in several TV shows to present Sado lectures.
