On November 14 JCC celebrated the 2nd Anniversary and entered the 3rd year. We are now reviewing the past two years and formulating our strategy for 2012. Cool Japan Month was quite successful. More than 100,000 people in total visited Cool Japan Month events including those in JCC.

Up to 14 January JCC continues the Art Exhibition by Hiroshi Sugito and will hold Artist's Talk between Mr. Sugito and Mr. Aoki, famous architect, on the last day of the exhibition. In March JCC will invite Anime Film Director, Mr. Awazu and plans to organize events like lecture and workshop. We also plan to focus on reconstruction of Tohoku Region after the Great East Japan Earthquake.

I am looking forward to seeing you at one of those events.
